Shining Profit in Glitter Tattoo biz
"We started it just for fun. We always attend kiddie parties and notice that tattoos are very popular among kids. We thought, why not look for glitter tattoos that are hypoallergenic and have the best quality, so that’s exactly what we did," Mora said.
With a complete set of glitter tattoos worth P 1,500 last December, she immediately started as a glitter tattoo artist at a kiddie event, and was paid P 3,500 for her work. The same glitter tattoo kit, she said, was used in three more parties where she was paid the same amount.

"So, you see, it’s really very easy to earn money in the glitter tattoo business. You don’t need special skills to do this; even kids as young as nine [can] be...glitter tattoo [artists]. And it’s very quick to do; simple designs [can] be transferred in as short as two minutes," Mora happily says.
In fact, Mora adds that for only P 650 (the price of the cheaper glitter tattoo kits), "...you can already be a glitter tattoo artist, immediately recover that amount in just one event, and earn a modest sum," Mora reveals.
The Mora couple adds that they even joined a campus event where they charged P 35 per student who availed themselves of the glitter tattoo.

"We had the longest queue of students, and we made a killing in that event," Mora’s husband Joel says.
Mora said that she took particular interest in the glitter tattoo business after learning that there was virtually no shop in the country that sold hypoallergenic glitter tattoo kits.
They also want glitter tattoos to be a constant feature of every social event, not just kiddie parties.
